Do I need a doctor’s prescription?
No. A prescription is helpful but not required. Since 2014, individuals have direct access to physical therapy in California. This means physical therapists can evaluate and treat for up to 45 days or 12 visits, whichever comes first. We will work with your physician if care is needed after that point.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept Medicare. Please contact us for rates based on your private insurance plan.
Where do I park?
Handicap spots are directly behind the building, a short distance from the front door. We also have reserved spots for patients and there is ample 2-hour street parking.
What should I expect on my first visit?
During your initial evaluation, we will ask for a history of your current condition and complete a thorough assessment. We will work with you to develop an individualized plan of care complete with exercises for home.
What should I wear for my appointment?
Choose clothing that is comfortable. You need to be able to move freely. Garments should also allow access to the affected body parts.
How long will my appointment be?
We give you the time you need to address your concerns and get you feeling and moving better. On average, appointments last 45 minutes, often longer for the first visit.
