We wanted to take a moment to answer some frequently asked questions about how NeuroSport is responding to COVID-19 (Updated March 2023).

What are you doing to protect me?

  • Our 1:1 physical therapy model helps to maintain distance between patients and limit overall number of people.

  • All staff members are vaccinated and continue to wear a mask when in direct contact with patients and visitors.

  • We sanitize our hands and all touch surfaces between patients.

  • Additionally, we are asking each person who comes through our door to follow these procedures:

    • As of April 3rd, 2023 — Wearing a properly fitting mask (N95, KN95 or 3-ply surgical mask) that covers your mouth and nose is strongly encouraged.

    • If you have new symptoms of respiratory infection (including cough, fatigue, muscle aches, congestion, sore throat, and runny nose), please do not attend PT and call to reschedule your appointment. If you are coughing for other reasons (allergies, asthma, cardiopulmonary conditions, etc.), a mask will be required.

    • Wash or sanitize hands upon entering and leaving clinic.

    • Arrive at the time of your appointment (not early) to limit the number of people in the waiting area.

    • Have family members and/or caregivers not involved in the PT session wait outside of the clinic.

Can I do telehealth?

  • Yes! We are still providing telehealth appointments (also referred to as eVisits). We can use secure video conferencing to answer any questions and review or update your exercises at home. Contact us if you are interested.

What if I had a COVID-19 exposure or test positive for COVID-19?

  • We are following the CDC guidelines. Please call us to discuss your specific situation.
